Mr. King is the Managing Director of Self-Storage for Wentworth Property Company, LLC. With over 20 years’ experience in the self-storage industry, Mr. King brought his expertise to Wentworth Property Company in 2015 and established the self-storage division. Since the inception of the self-storage division, Mr. King has been an intrinsic part of the growth of the company as the self-storage division achieved over $1.3 billion in acquisitions, development, and dispositions by mid-2025.
Prior to joining Wentworth Property Company, Mr. King was the Vice President of Business Development at Westport Properties, Inc., based in Irvine, California
