JOB SUMMARY
The Commercial Property Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to enter the property management industry. Wentworth Property Company is a dynamic growing commercial real estate company and developer. This position will provide administrative support to assigned Property Manager(s) for a portfolio of multi-tenant office assets in the Phoenix area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter new leases into property management platform
- Vendor contract administration
- Collecting and maintaining tenant contact information
- Tracking and updating tenant and vendor certificated of insurance
- Process accounts payable
- Create positive relationships with tenants, engineering team, and vendor partners, while addressing initial tenant requests and administering work order systems
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting, annual operating budgets, and CAM reconciliations as needed
- Oversee building access systems, tracking and reporting
- Prepare quarterly newsletters
- Key management
- Manage office supplies for corporate and on-site property office
- Supports managers on special projects and daily operations where needed
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma required, bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or industry related field preferred
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point
- Financial acumen
- Yardi experience helpful but not required
- AZ Real Estate License helpful but not required
