Commercial Property Administrator

JOB SUMMARY

The Commercial Property Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to enter the property management industry. Wentworth Property Company is a dynamic growing commercial real estate company and developer. This position will provide administrative support to assigned Property Manager(s) for a portfolio of multi-tenant office assets in the Phoenix area. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter new leases into property management platform
  • Vendor contract administration
  • Collecting and maintaining tenant contact information
  • Tracking and updating tenant and vendor certificated of insurance
  • Process accounts payable
  • Create positive relationships with tenants, engineering team, and vendor partners, while addressing initial tenant requests and administering work order systems
  • Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting, annual operating budgets, and CAM reconciliations as needed
  • Oversee building access systems, tracking and reporting
  • Prepare quarterly newsletters
  • Key management
  • Manage office supplies for corporate and on-site property office
  • Supports managers on special projects and daily operations where needed

 

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma required, bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or industry related field preferred

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point
  • Financial acumen
  • Yardi experience helpful but not required
  • AZ Real Estate License helpful but not required
