Mr. King is the Managing Director of Self-Storage for Wentworth Property Company, LLC. With over 17 years’ experience in the self-storage industry, Mr. King brought his expertise to Wentworth Property Company in 2015 and established the self-storage division. Since the inception of the self-storage division, Mr. King has been an intrinsic part of the growth of the company as the self-storage division achieved over $880 million in acquisitions, development, and dispositions by the end of 2022.
Prior to joining Wentworth Property Company, Mr. King was the Vice President of Business Development at Westport Properties, Inc., based in Irvine, California.
