Mr. Brenseke is a Senior Analyst at Wentworth Property Company, where he supports acquisitions, development, and asset management across a diverse portfolio spanning office, industrial, self-storage, multifamily, and healthcare properties. His work centers on underwriting, building and reviewing cash flow models, structuring partnership waterfall distributions, and preparing acquisition and development budgets to pressure-test the assumptions behind every investment decision.
Prior to joining Wentworth, Mr. Brenseke spent four years at Berkadia specializing in multifamily, single-family rental (SFR), and build-to-rent (BTR) investment sales, following credit and underwriting experience at Western Alliance Bank.
